”A gem of a place. Breakfast was delicious and food cooked to order. Added bonus is the owner is a chef. You have the opportunity to a delicious evening meal cooked without the need to drive somewhere.”

”Room was spotless and the welcome was great. Room was a little bit chilly on the 1st night but the owners provided a supplementary heater which remedied that for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was fab and the stay overall was excellent. 15min walk from the centre of town downhill. ”

”We had the luck of staying during the week of Halloween. the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a wonderful Halloween event happening and we especially enjoyed the owl show. ”

”The hotel has so much history and the church across the road is beautiful. The rooms were warm, immaculate and the medieval stairs are a must. Food was all homemade and the breakfast was plentyful. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.”
