”I was looking for a nice place to stay near my daughter in the Hawthorne neighborhood, and Evermore Guesthouse turned out to be the perfect spot. The location made it easy to come and go, my room was peaceful and quiet, and I especially appreciated the 24-hour kitchen stocked with bagels, pastries, cereals, granola bars, hard-boiled eggs, tea, coffee, juice and more. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

”We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. ”Very easy access to the Magic Barn. Was surprised to find that a “hot tub” meant a bathtub with running hot water. Lock on the sliding door stopped working when trying to lock from the outside. Cobwebs hanging off ceiling and plants everywhere!But otherwise cozy, close to grocery and thrift stores. On a VERY busy street but when I closed my eyes the noise sounded more like wind than traffic.”

”When we arrived we were greeted by our hosts who were so warm and cordial. There was plenty of space to sleep for me and my two brothers . Fridge was stocked with food and coffee . It felt like home! We came home with cherries from their tree outback as an extra treat!”

”Tiny house has everything I needed for a Portland visit with family. A quiet getaway near great restaurants, grocery stores, and yoga studios. Nicely appointed, quieter and more private than a hotel. ”
