”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The hotel room exceeded my expectations. I am a hotel snob and was recommended to stay here overnight during the ice storm. Very clean and comfortable. Truly pleased with my experience and the food at the Wood fire grill was excellent especially the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. 5 stars for sure. ”
