”Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional yet friendly. The location worked well for our travel plans. We were traveling north to Maine, so we stayed just one night. We left the hotel early the next morning (3:30 am sort of early) to beat the heaviest NYC traffic. We were north of the NYC by 6:30 am, and in southern Maine by noon. ”

”Everything was perfect for my one day trip.The front staff was very nice and even gave me a goodie bag.The room was neatly made and bathrooms was clean.the only thing I would state is the coffee maker didn’t look very clean but I got coffee at the lobby.All was good and will definitely book again.

”Room was spacious and super clean, beds wee comfy and staff were friendly and the breakfast was good enough.
Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways.
The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels.
There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague...

”We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.”
