”Didn't stay. I had to get another hotel because by 430 pm my room still wasnt ready. Wasn't going to keep waiting for my room when it was 105 degrees outside”

”I had a great experience with the employee working the front desk, so I gave 5 stars for that experience. However, I was really disappointed in the experience overall, so much so I didn't even stay at all. I booked this hotel because from the photos online, it looked well maintained, the rooms looked great, and overall it looked like a fine place to stay for a few days. When I pulled up to the location I saw that the hotel looked very run-down, I struggled for probably 5 minutes to even open...

”As soon as we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The light above the doorway came down and smacked me on the head. The AC barely worked, and we could hear people doing the nasty about two doors down all night.”

”The staff was very accommodating, but the room wasn't very clean and they had a problem getting towels. It was certainly a you get what you pay for location.”
