âThe pool didnât seem to be heated and was dirty. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport to get a shuttle, I had to call several times. They need a direct line for the shuttle.â

âWhen I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated.
The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes.â

âReally clean and nice hotel. Location was just perfect. Beds were very good and the room was spacey.
There was not normal buffet breakfast option at all, just different, quite expensive dishes, available.
The hotel supposed to be a inviroment friendly, but you canât use stairs to go to the floors??
