”The overall room was clean and well kept. However, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes and since it was a small space, it was kind of hard to extinguish the smell of it. ”

”Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was great. Location was great for an event at Rocky Point. One issue - and I've never complained about noise at a hotel in my life. But my room was the closet to the lobby desk. And for a long while around midnight - there was a lengthy conversation in the lobby - with one voice being a very loud male voice. I recommend a sign posted in the lobby asking people to keep conversations at a minimum volume late at night. One more thing - since I couldn't sleep...

”It’s extremely affordable and for the price the room was basic and clean. Parking is directly in front of your room and there wasn’t much around the motel, so it feels safe. The room had a smell which we think was cleaning products that was a little strong.”

”Just a total mess from the cigarette burns in the bed cover to the bathroom door ripped off its hinges. Only stayed overnight but slept in our clothes and did not venture into the shower. How does this place pass inspection?”

”Floor wasn't cleaned in some time..the bottom of my feet were black...the chair was dirty should have been thrown out..light switch was broken in a way it was hazardous. Holes in the wall... over all a dump!”

”My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there.”

”This home is a charming and cozy historic property with a private courtyard in back with garden lights. The location is perfect right across from the Naval Academy and a couple blocks walk to the waterfront and center of town.”
