”It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again.”

”GBR is situated near a beach. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel with only a swim wear on. Shopping/dining was available only at the hotel area and to reach the nearest towns/villages you need a car or taxi (14$ one way).
Not too fancy but comfortable for a short stay.”

”It is sad to see where Mt Irvine is at. A once vibrant hotel it’s now like a ghost town. No one there. No vibrancy. Water available for a few hours per day, no appealing meals. The entire hotel needs a lift in appearance but it is clear that its potential is still there. Hard to recommend the hotel in its current form. I was disappointed. ”
