”This B&B is chocked full of quaint and eclectic charm. It was a comforting and affordable stay during a challenging time visiting my brother in ICU at WYNN. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. ”

”Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Lobby was attractive and inviting. Hallways smelled dank and like curry chicken and not fresh, dog in neighbor room barked a lot, wifi kept resetting and it was annoying to have to log in frequently, rooms need some updating, bathroom vent full of built up dust, room needed to be dusted from spiders and webs, beds were too hard and the base made noise every time someone moved. Tv was a nice size, the grounds were well kept and attractive. ”

”Do not rely on canceling online before deadline, Expedia showed the room was canceled but they did not honor it , make sure you call and ask for proof of cancellation otherwise the online portal will show the reservation active after couple days and charge your card , Expedia rep will deny liability. very bad experience with Expedia, don't rely on what is confirmed on the screen. ”

”I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

”Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.”

”Hot tub was not working properly both days, hot tub needed to be cleaned. door in pool area maint room door needed to either be replaced as it is very un sightly with rust. Better food for continental breakfast.”

”The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay.”

”I was met by Jon at the front desk. He was very friendly and helped me out with an issue. All the staff were great and friendly! Room was awesome and place was clean. Breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. Coffee was amazing, freshly ground and available 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here.”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Room was in disrepair, cracked window that made it feel unsettling, lock was broken which didn't make us feel safe, as well as the shower was brutal, flooded the bathroom. Much needed repairs, wouldn't stay here again. ”
