”Super cute and charming hotel. Comfy beds and super convenient for skiing. The hotel is so adorable and severely deserving of some upgrades. New carpet, paint and fixtures in rooms and common areas would go a long way! Staff also wasn’t super friendly. Most were quiet and not very welcoming, and some (in grab and go breakfast) were just plain rude. Oh and pool and gym area was awesome for the kids! ”

”Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. Pretty sure I didn’t lay on the bed… I just leaned against the floor with blankets. --- This hotel bed is so hard, I think it’s actually part of the building’s load-bearing structure. --- I tried fluffing the pillow. Turns out it was just a second mattress. --- I rolled over in my sleep and got a concussion from the mattress. --- The hotel bed is so firm...

”I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold.”
