”First: The pet room smelled of STRONG vinegar. Then, the front desk approved a late check out at breakfast for my wife because we arrived in middle of the night and I got a call from someone grumpy saying they guess they would “let” us leave late—so who knows what happened there. It was weird, the smell was overwhelming, and it had rotten crusty ice cream in the freezer.”

”The room was beautiful. The on site restaurant for our dinner, and the next morning’s breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy check in and out. The outdoor hot tub had teens with water guns, and they weren’t being monitored by staff, or their parents. We felt like we couldn’t utilize the hot tub because the teens were being careless in such a small space. Staff or cameras should be in that specific area.”

”The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, typical. Coffee was meh. The beds squeaked so every time I moved, it would wake me and my husband up, though we did not sleep well regardless. Our biggest gripe was the lawnmower at 7:30 am. That was ridiculous. It may have been the mall beside, but that doesn’t matter, we still lost valuable rest we needed to travel home the next day. The property managers need to speak and get that addressed.”

”There was nobody at the front of the hotel when we entered. When we first walked into the room, there was hair and white dust all over the mattress. The bed itself would move and was not locked. The sink faucet was incredibly rusty. They also assured us breakfast, but we were given stale and expired food. ”
