”I was really impressed with the overall hotel. Spacious room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, iron board, blow dryer and lots of outlets. Breakfast was great but need to get there before nine, seems they don’t replenish after that. My only disappointment was checkin, after driving 10 hours we actually arrived early, asked if our room was ready they stated our room type was not which was a king but a double queen of equal value was available. I stated no problem but was going to be 50.00...

”We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
