”This was our second time staying at The Monterey, and we were in town for a concert. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with anything that we needed, and the property was in great condition! Our room was nice and clean when we walked in after a long travel day and was the perfect place to relax. The bar was great, and the parking was relatively easy. I have a large SUV (Ford Explorer), and the parking spaces were a bit tight, but if you have a smaller car than that you’ll have no issues...

”We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. ”

”The breakfast was great. The building is older and needs renovation to bring it up to what most people hope for at a Hampton Inn. Our room had more noises coming from the bathroom than I have ever experienced in any previous stay. Drain for shower/tub was slow and you had to stand in 2-inches of water during shower. Ceiling needed repair in our room. The motel and rooms seem to be clean and staff was great. Building just needs work. ”

”Everything was really good clean, courteous personnel restaurant literally outside from the hotel, my only complaint would be that it seems the wall are not well insulated against noise we could hear all the conversation someone next door was having in a video call, also when we checked in they asked for 170 dlls to retain as deposit that won't clear (they said) until 5-7 days which I feel for some people that'll be an inconvenience if they don't travel with "extra cash"”

”I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again”

”This hotel was beautiful! The New Mexican art theme extended through the entire hotel and into the guest rooms. Wonderful location across from Sawmill Market. ”

”We liked the interior, the room and the beds. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly. I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work. (When we changed hotel all worked fine) The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso. We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same. The girl at reception was not serviceminded. The hair dryer was...
