The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

The pictures don’t event do the house justice it is like staying in a museum with beautiful artwork and artifacts everywhere. The property is also perfect located near both sag harbor & Southampton with so many great restaurants and shops. My whole family had an amazing time including my dog! So many activities right at the home, beautiful on the water, comfortable beds and pillows cooked a fantastic family meal location was great!”

”Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!”

Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.”
