”The room key machine was broken, and staff had to escort guests to our rooms during our stay, every time we left the room. The machine had been down 5 days according to staff. That's really not acceptable. A problem is understandable, but 5 days? There were no security checks, staff just asked your room number and walked you there without confirming that is your room. Poor way to handle the situation. ”

”I am extremely disappointed with how management handled a simple billing error during our Mother's Day weekend trip to Fort Wayne. Due to a geographic mix-up, I accidentally double-booked and ended up staying at a different Best Western property in Fort Wayne for my May 8-10 trip. ”Be careful with your belongings!!! The manager opened my door while I was in the bed!!! Never knocked!!! I got up she closed the door then asked if I need service!!! Never again will I stay or recommend anyone too. Because if I wasn’t in my room no telling what she may have stole or even planted in there”
