SECURITY: Outdoor-only security cameras are installed at the front, side and backyard entrances for safety. No cameras are inside the home.
Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, including the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and backyard. The only area off-limits is the garage, except for the well-organized laundry section where you'll have access to the washer and dryer.
Other things to note
MID-STAY CLEANING SERVICES

For stays of 1 month or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. This includes:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Changing bed linens and replacing towels
- Emptying trash bins
- Wiping down kitchen counters and appliances

For 2-month stays, we provide two complimentary cleanings, one midway through each month, offering the same services.

Additional Cleaning Services: Guests can request extra cleanings at a rate of $200 per session, which includes the same services as the complimentary cleaning.
