”We stayed here with a group of teenagers for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were fun to watch. We enjoyed the privacy so the kids could talk on the porches, and we loved the fact that the loft was full of beds, so nobody had to feel left out. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of tools and some spices. Plenty to do nearby, quick access to grocery stores and great hiking/swimming. We would stay again! ”

”The property was private and relaxing. It was also close to Frankin and Highlands, so day trips were easy. Even though we only spent a few days at the ranch, we left very relaxed. We will definitely be back.”

”We had a wonderful week! The house was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us. The covered porch was great as was the dock. The host was very responsive and the check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and hope to return.”

”This property is a true gem. The property (its location right on a river bend) is absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place to spend Labor Day weekend. We loved using the fire pit for s'mores, the hot tub, and the tubes and kayaks on the water. We didn't cook or grill this time, but we will next time! Plenty of spaces to gather and hang out with friends and family. ”

”Ryan's home was perfect for our extended weekend stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I am quite particular about cleanliness and was 100% satisfied with this home. From the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen to the outdoor screen porch and furniture. Everything was clean and comfy. So many comfortable qualities made us feel right at home.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

”This property was casual and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding. It was close to the wedding, and the adorable downtown was convenient. There's a great coffee shop not far. It is an older home with updated flooring and furniture. It is comfortable and feels like when you visit grandparents in the country. We felt safe and enjoyed the walk to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and we also enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit. ”

”The Canopy was the perfect spot for my family this Summer. A hidden gem away from the hot, Summer sun but close enough to lots of adventures. My teenage kids, 14 (girl) and 17(boy) had a blast white water rafting, hiking around waterfalls, zip lining and touring the area. The hosts were the absolute sweetest and most accommodating we've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon! ”
