”Traveled to Seneca on a business trip. The house is very nice. I travel the southeast all of the time using VRBO and I’d say this was the best property for the price that I’ve ever rented through them. The host was very friendly and professional. I suggest that whoever travels there using VRBO to check for availability because the property is great and at a convenient location”

”The house was just what we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I want to shout out the host for how well everything was labeled. It was easy to find what we needed. We had the utensils and pans we needed for the cooking we did. Having spices and butter available was a nice convenience.”

”The inside of the property was nice . Kitchen was fully functional. The outside of the property you couldn’t access due to risk of snakes. The grass was knee high , there were random dogs “big dogs “ from other properties that had to be recalled that roamed onto the property that potentially was a threat or risk of attack to my son and myself . This is an extremely remote location with no way to close the home from outside view except from curtains in the 2 rooms . I’ve stayed at a lot of remote...

”Planning was super simple and the host is very responsive!”

”Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

”From the very beginning, Marc was a fantastic host. Long before my group arrived, he communicated with me at every turn. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the kitchen had adequate pots/pans and all the items that you would have in your own home (to include seasonings)! We will definitely rent again in the future. Marc - thanks for a great experience!”

”We had a great stay and all agreed it was an incredible week (ages 1-69.) The house was clean and well maintained, the amenities were terrific, very easy check in and check out, and we had great communication with the host. The lake view is beautiful and it is an easy walk down to the dock. One child said the place was better than Disney World.”

”Great fun experiencing a shipping container conversion!”

”Our family enjoyed a peaceful and perfect weekend at Southern Comfort Cove! Lindsay is an incredible host and every detail was covered. Beautiful view, comfortable home, great communication, and all the amenities we needed and them some. I highly recommend this vacation paradise and will definitely book again!”

”This waterfront home was amazing and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while in the Upstate area visiting!”
