”The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...

”The layout is nice, the view is wonderful. The noise level from highway is loud at times. The windows do not all have screens and some of them have openings that let in bugs. The kitchen is not well equipped with items, such as sharp knives, coffee, baking pans, or serving dishes. The pillows are terrible and the blankets are cheap.”

”This house was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of space for 6 adults. Parking was a little difficult but only because we had a trailer with 2 jeeps. That was on us! Normal everyday drivers would be just fine. Set on the back upper deck and watched the wild life (ground hog living under neighbors house) and used the grill.”

”The house was very reasonably priced so we did not go with high expectations. The location is great with spectacular views of Barren Lake. Everything is very simple with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The rental was clean and comfortable. It could use updating but for the price it is more than reasonable and I can completely understand the owners not wanting to invest. Altogether we had a great time. Thank you”

”If you want to get away but still be fairly close to a lot of things, this is solid place to stay. It's a solid launch spot for many local adventures. And you gotta visit Reid's Livery! This little winery is about 3 minutes from the house and the Reid's are full of local wine info! My favorite was the Silver Streak btw. The house was basically as-listed. It's definitely a place where if you follow all the directions, everything will be fine. We were a little bummed that we couldn't use the sweet...

”We enjoyed our stay at this house and were very comfortable. The home was very clean, nicely appointed and decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the western side of the porch and listening to the sounds of nature both in the morning and after a day in the city. Dotti (the homeowner) was very nice, instantly responsive to us, and she answered all the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.”

”We were in for my daughter's college graduation and while this was a 30 minute drive it was great to get away and be in the country on the lake. The house was exactly as portrayed, if not better. It had everything you needed from the kitchen to all the toys. Highly, highly recommend if you're looking to have a nice get away in the country.”

”Place was overall a great place to stay. The listing is a bit misleading. It states there are 6 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms they are counting is the movie room that has a fold up bed in the corner. You’d have to move furniture to make this work. The other is a pull out sofa in the garage. Very nice house and great place to stay but it’s not 6 bedrooms.”
