Exceptional!

We cannot rave enough about Villa Solaris and what a fabulous week we had! From the initial booking until the minute we had to (sadly) leave, we were thoroughly pampered. Our concierge, Tricia, planned the most amazing meals for us and hooked us up with a super fun and accommodating driver (David!) for the week. The villa staff kept everything spotless without ever being intrusive, and they were so sweet! But Cheryl, the chef and house manager was the highlight for us. A true angel on earth, we already miss her. Barbados is a beautiful island with the friendliest people and Solaris was the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We (5 couples fromCalifornia) will definitely be back!!

Truly Unforgettable!

Our stay at the Solaris Beach House was truly unforgettable. The property matched the photos—beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Ms. Cheryl and her team were amazing—warm, attentive, and her cooking was phenomenal (especially the Barbados-seasoned baked/fried chicken!). The home made our time of fellowship and celebration with friends even more special. It was worth every penny. Anytime we had a need, assistance was just a call away. A fun bonus was the Sonos Bluetooth speakers, which let everyone enjoy their favorite music with ease. I highly recommend this home—it will elevate your entire Barbados experience.

We stayed at the property as a family of six for a holiday which Inc, returning to the island for a family event. The Villa has a lovely location.. it is a beautiful villa. We had a couple of issues at the villa which were swiftly dealt with. Would highly recommend to others and hope to visit the villa again .

Best Girls Trip Ever

This house was perfect for us, great spot on the beach and Cheryl and the ladies were a delight! Great food, rum punch and attentive to every need. They made you want to return to the house for another vacay for sure. You never forget your first time

Sure, I'd love to! Here's my funny house review: "WOW, you won't believe this house! Solaris Holiday

Solaris is an awesome property, even more beautiful than captured in the on-ine pictures. Cheryl and her staff took wonderful care of us. (Ask Cheryl to make you some rum punch, or Bajun fish cakes, or to fry up some red snapper!) The property is convenient to Speightstown, other local shopping and Oistin's if your are inclined for some night life. But the home and grounds are so comfortable there is really no reason to do anything but kick back, and enjoy the beach and the sun (and Cheryl's rum punch!)

A Barbados Beauty

Thank you for an amazing stay. Our family had a wonderful time. Cheryl is a gem, and we will truly miss her. Sadly the time flew by, but we definitely look forward to visiting again. I would highly recommend this property to any of my family and friends. On a side note
 Nikita is also very sweet, but a little young and inexperienced for a villa of your standard. There were a few days that were hard to contact her. On our day of departure, she brought I believe to be the owners nieces to the villa to be show them around. We found it a bit awkward trying to settle up our stay while having them hovering about. It would have been more professional if she had brought them after we had checked out. All in all, we felt blessed being able to stay at your residence, and enjoy the kind and generous people of Barbados. Thank you again!

Platinum Coast Dream House

My family loved this home in Weston. It is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the location is accesible and easy to find. The backyard is gorgeous and feels out of a movie and it was lovely to be right on the water. The one downside is the gate and steps leading to the beach are quite worn and could use a refresh, however, that it to be expected of salt water exposure. As wonderful as the home is, Cheryl, the chef and housekeeper, is the true gem of the rental. Her cooking is only outdone by her warmth and kindness.

The most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the House Keeper Cheryl to the moment we left we loved every single minute. The house is just as beautiful as the images online show if not even more so. The bedrooms are light and airy with fantastic air conditioning, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect and looks out on the spectacular view over the Caribbean Sea. Then the outside living area is just fabulous, there are so many areas to sit and enjoy the view, whether it be at the bar, the the hot tub and chilling in the sofa area. The location of the villa is perfect, the local beach, Reeds Bay is great for swimming and has a beautiful sandy beach. The villa is a great location for foodies, just a short drive to Lonestar and Seashed, as well as many of the other mut visit restaurants. We would have absolutely no doubt in booking this villa again, it is simply paradise and the perfect getaway location. Thanks again! The Grayson's x

Stunning Property

This is a truly lovely property with amazing outdoor space. While it is considered beachfront, the tide doesn’t allow for access much of the day. We didn’t intend to use the hot tub, but it was located in the perfect spot and was not heated, so it was very comfortable all times of the day. The openness of the living space made it ideal for being outside all day and evening without being in the direct sun. We didn’t ever use the indoor living room. Property concierge was fantastic, as well as the housekeeper. Would definitely return.

A perfect family holiday

The villa is in a ideal location for swimming off the beach at the bottom of the garden., and for visiting John Moores rum bar !! It is very modern , a great sonos sounds system very comfy beds , big bbq , and has the wow this is amazing factor. I loved sitting in the outdoor seating area listening to the sounds of the sea. Thank you Nick for being so helpful and Cheryl is a gem of a housekeeper , it was our first visit to Barbados and we absolutely loved it.

Breathtaking Villa

Breathtaking villa on the beautiful West Coast. The open plan exterior lounge and dining area leading to the sun terrace overlooking the ocean was simply incredible. Stunning interior design throughout made this a very special stay. Located by Reeds Bay, a really lovely quiet beach with a crystal clear sea, absolute paradise. Well supported by the team from Young Estates who planned all of our dining and entertainment needs. Highly recommended

Just Perfect . . .

Only stayed here for a week having been at another property for the previous 2, and my only regret is we didn't choose to stay at Solaris for longer. We absolutely loved it here - contemporary, brilliant location, well equipped, great hosts. Genuinely couldn't have asked for more, and we will start saving straightaway for next year!

Veachfront Perfection!

We were the first guests at the newly renovated Solaris Beach House and were wowed by this property. It is even better than the pics and the housekeeper, Cheryl, is a treasure. Any need or want you can think of will be satisfied to perfection. It is such a relaxing place but close to great shopping, restaurants, and unexpectedly marvelous grocery store, Massy's. You will not be disappointed at Solaris Beach House and we will return.

More Than We Could Have Asked For!!!

Camden Nook was everything it was said to be and more! Beautiful house and views. The beach is perfection. Cheryl was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Really the only thing I would have changed was the work next door but not a big deal. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to go back! Our hosts made it a memorable stay. Thank you!

Lovely relaxed and stylish beachside villa with an amazing housekeeper

We have just returned from a wonderful 14-night stay at Camden Nook for our grown up family of 6 adults. Having visited Barbados many times over the years and stayed in 5 different villas, I think that we all agreed that this was the best property we have rented yet and we have already booked for a 3-week return next year. The villa is light and airy with plenty of room for everyone, furnishings are stylish and contemporary without feeling overly ostentatious, good aircon in the bedrooms that works properly, great outdoor space to eat and relax whilst looking at that great view of the Carribean only a few feet away, not many places where you get to lay in a hot tub and watch the sunset over the Carribean ocean every night! But the very best thing about our stay was our wonderful housekeeper Cheryl, I don't know how much you guys pay her but she is worth her weight in gold! Cheryl would arrive every morning with a bright cheery "Hello!!"and a big smile, if required she would cook all of our meals and whilst we didn't need her to cook all of our meals she did amaze us with her Bajan hot fishcakes, Chicken Roti wraps, Bajan bakes and chocolate mousse. As well as keeping the villa spotless and doing any washing twice a week her best attribute was just her lovely happy smiley nature, she was always happy to chat whilst she worked and felt like an extended family member come the end of the holiday. Cheryl also had a friend with watersports eqt. and hired a couple of jetskis that were delivered to the beach, we also hired a couple of paddleboards from someone else for the duration as we wanted to make full use of the big blue swimming pool at the bottom of the steps, word of caution here as dependant on the sea conditions that prevail , the height of the sand at the bottom of the steps to the beach can alter by as much as 2 foot, so when the sand is high it is a perfect step from the bottom step onto a lovely sandy beach, but when the sand is low there is a 2-foot drop onto a few small rocks that require careful navigation for a few steps until you reach the sand of the beach, no biggie but small kids would find it tricky. See that the villa is up for sale so just waiting for that lottery win to roll in and we will be buying it !!

Fantastic relaxing holiday-would definitely like to go again

The house was immaculate, he setting picture perfect and our housekeeper, Cheryl, an absolute delight. From arriving in Barbados to sadly leaving we had a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend Camden Nook asa place to stay. Easy access to Hometown and Speightstown, wonderful restaurants nearby and a beach at the "bottom of the garden".

A fantastic villa in a great location with service to match

Camden Nook was ideal for us and exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully presented and the welcome given by Cheryl, our housekeeper, was superb. The location couldn't have been better and with two lovely bays to choose from when you walk out of the villa, you really are spoilt. Reeds Bay was however, our favourite with a superb beach and calm sea and very few people. Cheryl really made our holiday thoroughly relaxing. She was so helpful and very happy to cook for us. It was great to get to know her whilst we all sat and enjoyed her local dishes. Fortunately our three children said that they would prefer that Cheryl cook for us rather than eat out and we couldn't disagree and were not going to argue! There were plenty of watersports available and you could be picked up straight off the beach. We swam with the turtles and snorkelled reefs and the wreck on a couple of occaisions with Daniel (Summer Sports Watersports - 230 1673) who has a boat in the bay in front of the villa. He was excellent and we would certainly recommend him. All in all a fantastic and memorable holiday that the whole family enjoyed. Nick and Celia thank you.
