”I ended up choosing to book a stay at a different hotel. Front desk was kind. Hotel area was much different than online photo. The side door was propped open and weird man hanging around the side of the building. I didn’t feel safe.”

”We have stayed at this property before and it is always great. Staff at the front desk and for the breakfast service were so kind and helpful. Breakfast is always good for an on the go free breakfast. Our favorite part of this property is the outdoor seating area with gas firepit. We ate out there and just hung out. It’s great. ”

”Everything was very good,service was nice to and the property was very nice and clean.but one this that we did not really like was the AC was loud.but overall it was very nice.”

”The hotel is just fine for our purpose of staying 1 night and then move on. The room was clean and comfortable enough. AC is noisy. We somehow missed the information on the breakfast finishing at 9AM, so be aware of this if you intend to sleep late.”

”overall very happy, we stay here every August and December while my daughter is at the WLEEA academy on the base. Beds great, breakfast good, location good, pool and hot tub great. Only complaint is they never allow us to check in even a few minutes early. We have to wait, or pay extra. Since we know this, we plan accordingly. ”

”The rooms are the biggest. The staff is the friendliest. Been staying here for 15 years and won’t stay anywhere else in Yakima!”

”It’s a very historic landmark and in a centered area but I don’t recommend for families as there is no swimming pool and they don’t have free breakfast either. The carpets in the room and sheets were fine, but the room itself was very dusty.”

”We requested one of the beds to be remade due to the sheets not looking clean, which they immediately did. The door lock was messed up, I couldn’t set the dead bolt unless I adjusted the lock cassette. ”

”Beautiful. They were having hosted parties and warned me it may be loud but I never heard one sound from inside the room. Very nice calming room.”

”Staff was very attentive. We found a credit card in the parking lot. The person at the desk was able to identify the guest it belonged to and quickly contacted the guest to return it.”
