”Had cockroaches in our room and the management gave our room away before we got there. Stated that our credit card was declined. Well it was declined because she tries to run it several times and our bank fraud alert the transaction. We had to pay double for another room. Will never stay there again .”

”I’m going to start with what I liked. I like the bright, vibrant color scheme. I loved the hooks on the walls to hang things and if the lemon sugar handsoap was something you could purchase I would have bought 10.
My main issue was that”

”Check in process was a bit confusing to me, I was prompted to check in online before my arrival which required me to submit my identification and my source of payment for deposit purposes however upon arrival I was still required to provide the same information. A pending charge was placed ahead of my arrival and still was required to put an additional deposit down. It would've been nice to know this ahead of time. The room was ok, just needed some renovation to it but what it was for it was ok.”
