Love it more. Breakfast was there but I can say not the best. Coffee was harsh and the toaster didn’t work. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking was easy and dining options all around. The room was a little dirty but I keep wipes and was able to wipe the dusty side table(and everywhere else) :)”

”Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

”The exercise room was below standard. Very small, with three machines. There was No exercise bench, so I had to workout on the floor. No towels available until I asked for some at the front desk. A water cooler, but no water jug in it. The weights were very old and rusty. No 5 or 10 lb, and only one 15 lb. The weight rack was very old and rust also.”

”Really nice cottage and beautiful grounds including the pool. It was great to be able yo walk over to the Winery next door for food & drinks. Like that it is away from the hustle of the waterfront but easy to go into the heart of Newport when we wanted. Would stay here again when returning to Newport.”
