”The bed was slanted on an angle with the head lower then our feet. the mattress was lumpy. When we pulled the sheets back to get in bed there were blood stains in a couple of places. Obviously the bedding had not been changed since the previous guests.
Staff brought us clean linen. They handed it to us and left. We made the bed and placed the dirty linen in the hallway and it was still there till late afternoon the next day when they finally picked it up.”
