”We loved staying at Beaver Run! The amenities are awesome and the ski in/ski out is perfect. The ski lockers in bldg 4 (where this condo is) are literally just a few feet from the slope and the Beaver Run lift to the top of Peak 9. This condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room for a family (mom and 2 kids). The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. The condo stocked with dishwasher tabs, shampoo, lotion, etc made the trip to the grocery store so much...

”Fantastic location. Easy access to slopes and Main St. View from property is beautiful. My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). I would definitely consider staying at this property again. Thank you!”

”The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.”

”We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing...

”The unit is a great unit for two couples or a small family. Unit kitchen was prepared with all the things needed to eat in. Location was perfect right by quicksilver lift with only a 3 min walk to the chair. Would recommend this unit. Only issue we had was the shower drain was a bit clogged and didn’t drain well when trying to take a shower.”

”Everything was very nice. It would have been nice if the smart TV would allow you to connect to your own accounts such as Netflix, Apple TV etc. Only had limited channels. Also the images of the pool were misleading. The pool is not on site and is an indoor/outdoor pool. Only small part is indoor. Sean the shuttle driver and the women bartender were the nicest staff.”

”I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks! This made it so much easier to get around. I had read reviews and descriptions and knew what I was getting. It was great. My Son said I want to Book this for next Year again!!!”
