”The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch.”

”The room, hallways, elevator, registration area and the eating area were the cleanest I have ever seen in my many years of staying at hotels.”

”Older but nice hotel. Very clean, staff cleaned rooms daily and was great. The shower was wonderful, like a fire hose. It was noisy in the afternoon as near some kind of school sports field, but quiet in the evenings. ”

”We were a little bit late checking out and the manager was very rude about it. Beating on the doors for people to check out with a very nasty attitude. Clearly if he is not a people's person he needs to find another job. PERIOD!!!!”
