”This hotel does not be served a luxury classification, we supposed to get a complementary bottle of something which was not handed to us, in addition the front desk reception was below average in explaining anything related to the hotel. This hotel classifies for me as 3 stars”

”The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

”The breakfast buffet was great, fresh fruit and berries and healthy choices - was a wonderful start to the day! Special thanks to Alma and the breakfast staff- the ladies are very busy but all the time keeping a smile on their face and very kind and attentative. I had some issues with the initial check in, but special thanks to Yusal at the reception for being super accomodating and going an extra mile with keeping me happy.

”Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing”
