”The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

”This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted.
During my stay I read the reviews, and the same issues have been...

”Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable - we had a really nice stay. The only improvement suggestion would be the quality of the food. We ordered hamburger and a ceasar salad from room service, it was ok, but nothing special. ”

”We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early.
It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark.”
