”Unbelievably good - staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the room was spotless, the decor was lovely, the food was so good at both Janevca and the next morning breakfast buffet, and the little touches were SO awesome (coffee service, mini desserts, hand-written card, turn down service, etc.)!!”

”Our room was very clean and well stocked with wine available for purchase. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The full breakfast included in the price was amazing! We also enjoyed the courtesy soup offered late in the afternoon. The 10 minute walk to downtown meant we parked our car for the 3 days we stayed at the hotel.”

”Staff were amazing, super friendly, and helpful. It felt like they had known us for years. Our room was immaculate and housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Right down to placing my grandson's favorite stuffy on his pillow. Facilities were well maintained and pool area was fully stocked with fresh towels, and pool toys for the little ones! A great family escape.”

”The room that we had was excellent - very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent - very unique and tasty. One evening tried their Prime Rib dinner and really enjoyed that! Would definitely stay there again when in Victoria!”

”Great location, walkable to great shops and restaurants in the Inner Harbor and Government St. Kind, welcoming, helpful staff. Love the relaxing atmosphere when you walk in the main lobby area and the koi pond inside surrounded by plants is really lovely. Room was very clean and spacious and the kitchenette had all the needed essentials for cooking (or heating up) a simple meal. Our room was rather warm (even with the heat turned all the way down so it wouldn’t switch on), so we very much...
