”This Property is Tired.
I decided to stay here since I flew into Bradley International and most of my business was between Sturbridge and Auburn. I usually stay closer to Worcester.
I promise I’m not a hotel snob especially when traveling alone.
Staff was nice enough for what they had to work with. They were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel just reads old and not maintained. As I said, tired. Not its fault.
The room was clean but again, felt old right down to the white towels that were old,...

”Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving. ”

”Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke.
