”Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.”

”It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”

”The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new.
The room are very basic and small, but it works for one night. No closet, just a place to hang a few pieces of clothing. Because the hotel is located next to the highway, it is noisy. The room has a noise canceling device and earplugs. The device is noisy, and did not work for...
