Tervetuloa Evansin Heaven -mökkiin! Kaunis Lakefront Mountain Mountain -koti - 5 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, 2 tarina talo aidatulla Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC). Täydellinen koti perheellesi ja ystävillesi kokea rauhallinen, rentouttava päästä eroon. Täällä voit nauttia kristallinkirkkaasta vedestä, upeista auringonlaskuista ja upeista vuoristomaisemista, joita Almanorin järvi tarjoaa tarjottavanaan yksityiseltä laituriltamme (touko-lokakuu) tai suurelle kannelle. Kerää propaanipolttimen ympärille upeaa keskustelua. Propaani-BBQ on sivukannella grillausta varten.
Talon päätasolla on tilava suuri huone, jossa vuodesohva, puulämmitteinen takka ja TV. Tee suosikki ateriasi täysin varustetussa keittiössä ja kerää suuren ruokapöydän ympärille. On makuuhuone queen-vuode, makuuhuone parivuode ja kerrossänky, ja täydellinen kylpyhuone. Pelihuoneessa on ranskalaisilla ovilla varustettu vuodesohva käytettäväksi ylimääräisenä makuuhuoneena.
Yläkerrassa on oma makuuhuone queen-vuode, kylpyhuone, ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Grandkid-huoneessa on parivuode. Parvi-alue on hiljainen lukemista varten. Siellä on Pack 'n Play -sänky ja syöttötuoli perheen pienimmälle jäsenelle.
Sijaitsemme kauniin Almanor Lake Club -klubin (LACC) porteilla. Alueella on ihana yksityinen golfkenttä, ajoalue ja viheriö. Käytä pitkiä kävelyretkiä hiljaisen naapuruston läpi, jossa näet monet hirvieläimet, jotka kutsuvat LACC-kotia. Siellä on kaksi virkistysaluetta (Rec # 1 & Rec # 2), joissa on veneramppeja, rantoja, leikkipaikkoja, tenniskenttiä, kattopallokenttiä, bocce-pallokenttiä, koripallokenttiä, piknikkenttiä ja amfiteatteria, ja siellä on tarkoitus järjestää viikoittainen kesäkonserttisarja. LACC-golfkentän lisäksi on 2 golfkenttää lähellä Bailey Creek ja Almanor West. Viehättävä Chesterin kaupunki on vain muutaman minuutin päässä ravintoloista, kaupoista ja kausiluonteisesta toiminnasta.
Poiju ja yksityinen telakka ovat sinun käytettävissään loman aikana. Vuokraajillemme on saatavana myös Tandem-kajakki - tarjolla on useita pelastusliivejä, mutta parasta on tuoda omat varmistamaan asianmukainen koko.

Talon säännöt

There is a weekly $125 LACC Watercraft Fee per motorized watercraft. Let us know so payment can be arranged. Must be paid prior to check-in!
Summer rental season is 7 nights minimum-Saturday to Saturday. Reach owners for other arrangements. Off peak season is 2 nights min. NO pets per LACC
Rental Agreement acknowledged at booking. All in group, including children, MUST be disclosed on LACC Renter Form. NO day guests unless prearranged.

We had a wonderful trip with 7 girlfriends for an annual get together. The house was beautiful and clean. It had the best well equipped kitchen which was great for women who like to cook. There were great dining areas and they had a great fire pit. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Unfortunately we were not aware of the 160 steps to the water. It was difficult to carry coolers, paddle boards and such to the water. Wish we could move the house closer to the water. Lol

Beautiful and relaxing. Spent nights on the patio around the fireplace. Enjoyed the dock. It’s over 180 steps down to the dock, so we all got in much better shape while we were there. The owners were helpful and responsive.

Evan’s Heaven!!

We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place.

Lake Almanor Gem

This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. We could not have been happier with this impressive house and the beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Thanks to the gracious hosts.

Great place to stay

We had an amazing trip to Lake Almanor for Labor Day. We have been staying with friends for years since our kids were little and now they are older and bringing extras so we needed a second house to fit all of us. This house did not disappoint. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was awesome and the boat dock was very convenient.Thank you for renting to us!

Life at the Lake

This property is large, well maintained and perfectly located for a large family group, reconnecting and enjoying all that Lake Almanor has to offer: swimming, sailing, boating, racket sports, golf, biking, walking, fishing. We did it all. The hosts were only a text away and responsive to our questions and concerns. And the view from the deck is spectacular.

Simply Amazing

Our stay here was perfect. The house and location are amazing. The views are stunning and the amount of activities nearby are awesome. Our kids, 4 & 6 had an absolute blast. The house has a kids play room where they spent most of their inside time. Outside we would hang on the deck enjoying the view or go down to the dock and fish/swim or go to the beach (Rec1 was our favorite). Honestly don’t have one bad thing to say, we’re already planning our trip back next summer!

Dads getaway

Nice big well stocked home with a beautiful view, lake access and private dock. We spent the weekend fishing and paddling around the lake, catching some afternoon games, bbqing steaks, and telling tall tales on the big deck at the end of the day. Jerry and Connie were great hosts and easy to work with.

Beautiful Lake Almanor

We had an awesome time while at Lake Almanor! The house was just beautiful inside and out with a view that you can’t stop looking at. Very accommodating for our boat as the boat launch was just minutes away and the safety of being in the country club. Really liked all the “little “ extras like the foil, Saran Wrap , multiple coffee pots and etc in the kitchen. We will be making Lake Almanor a yearly destination!

great stay, great hosts!

Connie and Gerry have a wonderful house and were very good at communication and very nice hosts. I'd say the only negative aspects to the house are the 180 some steps down to the dock but we solved that pretty easily by having one or two people take the boat over to the ramp and everybody else drive over there with the coolers and folks going out on the boat. We were hoping for some nicer mattresses but after all it is a vacation cabin and all in all we had a wonderful time!

Home Away from Home

We had the most wonderful stay at Evan's Heaven! It was the perfect mix of new and old giving it that homey cabin feel. The hosts make it so comfortable with all the amenities. They are also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our kids had a blast jumping in and swimming off the dock, and there was a buoy for our boat. The deck was also a favorite with a beautiful lake view and firepit. It is a long way up a flight of stairs from the dock to the house which is great if you are looking for some exercise...not so great if you have bad knees. We can't wait to stay here again.

Exceptional property!

This was our third time staying at Evans Heaven and have already made reservations for next year’s stay. It’s a beautiful home well appointed with a phenomenal view from the deck of the lake. The grandkids loved walking out to the private dock in the morning and fishing off the side and then spending the rest of the day on paddleboard’s, kayak and floats. The water was warm and perfect for swimming. Game room has any board game you can imagine and also many other things for indoor or outdoor fun. Great location, property, wildlife viewing and fantastic owners! Thank you Connie and Jerry

Did not want to leave!

This place was absolutely amazing. Wow. The owners were wonderful and very easy to talk to. The house was perfect for our 2 families that included kids ranging from babies to 7 yr olds. The high chair and pack n play were super helpful. We are already dreaming about a return trip!

Golf Trip

Stayed at property with four guys who went to school together 50 years ago. Our primary purpose was to play golf at Bailey Creek Golf Course, Lake Almanor Country Club and Lake Almanor West golf courses. Also rented a patio boat one morning to tour the Lake from the water. Because of time of year (water temp 68 degrees) we did not use the floating dock nor go swimming. Beautiful view of the Lake from the deck of the house. The home is well appointed with everything needed. There are 2 bedrooms suitable for adults and a den with a fold out couch downstairs and one bathroom downstairs. There is a master bedroom with bath upstairs as well as a child's room with a small bed not suitable for an adult. There is also a very large television downstairs with Roku streaming. Bring your sign in information and passwords to access HBO, Prime Video, etc. The home is very well maintained and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.

Perfect

Beautiful house. Sat and watched the lake every morning with my coffee. My granddaughters (10,8,3 years) we excited to see all the games and toys. Used BBQ and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Exciting mountain weather. Sun,rain hail,thunder, lightning and earthquake. We enjoyed it all.

Beautiful, relaxing home

We rented this home for our annual girls’ trip and it is now one of our favorite VRBOs. The home is beautiful, and the view is beautiful. All the furniture was clean, high quality and really comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything we needed . We had a great time. We did have one issue that came up, but the owners were very communicative and helpful. Five stars!

Cozy Little Slice of Heaven

This home was absolutely amazing and the views were stunning! We had the best time celebrating the New Year! Home was well equipped with almost everything you could think of and extremely clean! Connie and Jerry were so easy to communicate with and made the whole trip so much less stressful. We will definitely be booking this home again for future trips! If you are looking for a cozy getaway, this is definitely the place!

Heaven on Earth

Evan’s Heaven was a winter wonderland and truly heaven on Earth! We spent 5 incredible days filled with tons of sledding, games, movies, and a million smiles. Thank you SO much Connie and Jay. We will definitely be back!

A cozy Thanksgiving holiday at Evans Heaven!

Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the Evans home and our trip was spectacular. The house felt like a home away from home - it was decorated for the holidays and every detail was thought of. Our family of 9 was extremely comfortable - with plenty of space to sleep and hang out after returning from our cold walks and fishing adventures. We hope to stay again. Lakefront Fun in Snow!

Amazing! This place was incredible! Looking out at lake was so relaxing! There were so many games and toys for every age. We had our six grandchildren and there were games for every age. The only rule we had was to put one away before starting next game. The home has wood walls, impeccable clean, Perfect for everyone. We enjoyed the sledding, snow angels and hiking. We want to come back to enjoy the kayaks and other water toys!
