”It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room.

”The room was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, spacious, quiet. The hotel itself is in great condition and right on the Red River with access to all amenities. There are several restaurants on site along with a casino. We ate at Jimmy’s and it was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. Although it is conveniently located on the boardwalk, most stores are shut down and it’s like a ghost town. You can tell it once had its glory days… so sad. Overall fun place to stay and great Vegas...

”I truly had a nice experience at hotel. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated with my request for my 1 year old grandson. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was amazing. My grandson enjoyed the big tub. I enjoyed the big shower. We slept very comfortable in the two queen size beds. The refrigerator was excellent for the babies food. We ordered food from Walk On and watched TV until we feel asleep”

”Was a nice place to stay.
The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar.
Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean.
(I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel.
If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider.

”The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...
