”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor.
Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

”My room, 417, was on the back side of the hotel right next to the freeway. The road noise was horrific and sleep was almost impossible. My little 10 lb dog was having anxiety attacks most the night due to the noise.
The coffee maker in the room was insufficient and was not one that could use the k-cups that we brought with us.
The desk lamp has an electrical short in the wiring. Every time we tried to use it the strobing made us fear it was a fire hazard.
