”We arrived to a view friendly welcome and shown to a lovely room overlooking the sea, The position on the promenade couldn't be more perfect. The building has been beautifully updated but maintains lovely georgian features in particular the bay windows overlooking the sea. Breakfast was lovely and we were especially pleased when we explained we would miss Saturday breakfast as we were doing Parkrun - no problem - the lovely owners simply put back breakfast time for us. ”We had a lovely stay in the George. A wonderful warm welcome and a lovely spacious room. All the staff were friendly and so helpful and attentive. We don't have a dog but there were well behaved dogs there.
Excellent value for money. A short walk to the seafront and the town centre. ”
