”Lovely accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of Weymouth. Great room and breakfast! Parking, handy for the bus but also walkable in about 20-30minutes.”

”Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place. ”

”Lovely hotel, had a quiet room at the back so didn't hear road noise at all. Right near railway line but didn't really hear that either. Happy, friendly staff. Lovely room. Bed was comfortable but the only niggle is I could feel the mattress buttons through the sheet so need extra thick protector on the bed, other than that it was perfect. Really appreciated the kettle, teas, coffees etc & toiletries. Also only 20 mins or so from town.Would definitely stay here again!”
