”Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood.”

”Absolutely loved this B&B 😍. We travelled with family and shared the room with very demanding teenagers. The room was spacious, felt luxurious due the best beds I have maybe ever slept on. During our 14 days travel in UK, this B&B served us best on every detail. Specially our teens loved the breakfast that did have a lot of healthy and tasty options. Also serving customers that values the good old English breakfast. We were warmly welcomed and got lot of excellent tips for our stay at the city....

”The hotel is located just in front of the beach. The hosts are very friendly and the anti-covid measures in place are very reassuring. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There is a large range of options for breakfast. On the minus side, the footsteps from the rooms upstairs can be quite loud.”

”Exceptional service in a great location. Oliver is a wonderful host always wanting to ensure guests are looked after and if anything is needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. The location is excellent and the breakfast had a great choice and was of superb quality. The only issue to consider is the lack of onsite parking. There are a limited number of free onstreet parking spaces close to the hotel (which we were lucky to use).”
