”The "cabin" is a beautiful small house that looks like it was built very recently. Lots of natural light, a big kitchen, and a very private feeling covered patio with a gas fireplace. The loft works ok for sleeping but the ceiling is low up there and it would be greatly improved with some curtains to block the early morning sun - and maybe some privacy curtains as well to separate that space from the rest of the house. The location is great, we loved being able to walk to the coop cafe and it is...

”The view off the patio on the website is very accurate. We spent the entire day sitting in the chairs looking at the scenery and enjoying the sun. The rooms were great and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were helpful in suggesting things to do, though all we really wanted to do is relax. My only complaint about this property is the roads to get to it. The were gravel, had a lot of potholes and the grade into the driveway had quite a slope. This would likely not be a problam...

The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area”
