This is a modern 2 storey beach house with a laid back vibe, in a relaxed and quiet beach town.

The house has 2 decks with good views of the surrounding hills and the sea. There are hammocks are provided for a peaceful read or snooze. The easy care living/kitchen area is well suited to laid back holidays at the beach. All designed for relaxed, non precious, no pressure holiday time. The is a free standing wood burner for winter nights, plenty of board games, some books and cd's and a sound system that takes most inputs. The kitchen is well equipped with a small Breville expresso coffee machine. There are 2 barbeques, charcoal and gas available for use (roll out out onto the deck to use).

The 3 main bedrooms are compact and all have comfortable queen size beds with bed side lights and tables and DIY curtains. The 2 bunk beds share a space with various toys, boogie boards etc. all of which may be used.

The beach has a lagoon that is great for kids swimming at the northern end and a spectacular blow hole at the southern end - both great walks. There are also valley walks with swimming waterholes nearby. The rear of the property has plenty of room for backyard cricket and football and there is a tennis court at the end of the street.

Bedroom Setup:
1st bedroom: Queen bed (Upper level)
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed (Upper level)
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed + single bed (Lower level)
4th Bedroom: Bunks (2 single beds) (Lower level)

All queen beds are modern and comfortable.
The single beds are slat beds with foam mattresses.

There is no TV or WiFi here :)
