”Really fun stay! Definitely geared towards younger kids, but the teen joined in too and we all had a blast! The water slides are fun and very well managed, lines moved well. Our flight had been significantly delayed and even though I called to let them know we were still marked a no show which was a bit scary when we went to check in but the end result was they upgraded us for the stay. Great service!”

”When I decided to stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls north I was looking for a one night place to sleep which included breakfast. I needed to leave early in the morning. The room on first inspection was looked clean and would meet my requirements. I found that I could not find any channels which may have been my fault but nothing I did would make it work. The second shortcoming was that the toilette seat was loose and kept moving to the side. A small detail perhaps but irritating. In...

”I didn't think paying a damage deposit was necessary. I say this because there have been times when I never got a property would keep the deposit rather than paying it back.”

”We had a beautiful view of the falls from our hotel room. Rooftop deck was perfect for watching fireworks. Location was centrally located by zip line, boat tours, restaurants, shopping, and activities. Parking was close to hotel with easy to access via indoors or outdoors. Loved our experience and would definitely book another stay at this location.”

However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved, as some areas appeared to be overlooked during housekeeping. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience would be much better.”
