”Clean and safe”

”I checked in a little after 11 pm. The room we were placed in wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest’s stay. The bed was not made up, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and trash in the room. I notified the front desk clerk who was walking past the room. She said that she would get it handled. 30 mins goes past and we still hadn’t been placed in another room. Called to the front desk, she said she had a customer in front of her. Finally, 20 mins later, she called and stated that she had another...

”The property is in relatively good condition overall. The entrance, bar, Lounge and eating area is huge and very well done. They have an amazing breakfast with cook to order omelette station and much more. In my opinion, the room and bedding could you use a slight upgrade(if this is considered a top tier property). The location is fantastic with The Renaissance and Township shopping/dining areas within a mile. ”
