Tämä ylimmän kerroksen 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen yksikkö sijaitsee Aspens Lodge -alueella Blackcomb-vuoren rinteessä. Siinä on viihtyisä olohuone, jossa on moderni taideteos, kaasutakka ja erittäin tilava patio. Asiakkaat voivat katsella suosikkinäytössään joko olohuoneessa tai toisessa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on taulu-tv kaapelilla. Lomakeskuksen yhteinen uima-allas ja kolme kylpytynnyriä tarjoavat täydellisen hiihtokappaleen ja sielun palautumisen. Enjoyed the unit as it was on the 5th floor next to the evaluators. Was thinking m it maybe noisier but very quiet inside . Beds were comfortable and the bunk bed was a nice feature. Dining room set were a bit worn but served us well. Very happy

The accommodation was comfortable for 6 adults (2 bed 2 bath) there was no a/c and in August the condo was very warm the fan provided was broken :( Check out was 10 am - the earliest check out I e ever had and extremely rigid during peak times. An 11 AM check out would be way more accommodating for guests - because of this I would not book Aspens again !

Girls weekend getaway

Had a lovely stay, conveniently located. Some guests were not respectful of the quiet hours. Air conditioning tube was not well secured and kept falling out of the window. Pool and hot tub is nice and clean.

Very disappointed in state of the property

We have been staying at the Aspen property for three year now and up until this year it has been very enjoyable. However this year had some serious issues, which leads me to question what the heck the management company has been doing. First, when I entered I noticed one of the three elevators was down, which can happen except a few days later the same elevator was still marked as not working (this place is packed so two elevators makes it tough to deal with). Second, when we entered the first floor of our wing we noticed the wallpaper, stained floors, ceilings falling apart, and mold everywhere. This damage was on all five floors on our wing, yet no one informed us of this issue, regardless the Blackcomb management company charged my credit card 100% when booked (when every other establishment in whistler does not Book the full charge when itineraries booked). No instead they take a deposit, then charge you six weeks out. I FIND THIS OUTRAGIOUS! Especially had I known about the mold I would of cancelled or found another property). Third, the property itself looks like the management company had done nothing to make it look clean or freshly painted on the inside anywhere in the property. This was our third year in the same room, so we are comparing it to the previous years. Fourth, one of the two Hot Tubs had been down for several months with autumn leaves still on the bottom and the the Grout looked like it had not seen water for over six months. When I asked the front desk she confirmed my initial guess the hot tub had been down since before the Fall. However, the previous year in mid February they drained the Hot Tub when we first arrived and it stayed out of commission for over a week, which makes me wonder if they kept it down for over a year given how the Grout was a dark yellow color. Fifth, the laser used for the Garage Gate did not work at all, not even one day while we were there for 8 days. So the only way we could get in the garage was either to wait for a car to exit or if I had someone in the car (which was only once) I would have them punch in our code and go step on the sensor on the other side that opens the gate, but given I shopped by myself 95% of the time I had to wait for someone to exit. Not to mention this is the only place I have ever had to pay for parking and I have been skiing Whisler/Blackcomb since 1997. And finally, Blackcomb management for next year. NOT WORTH THE PRICE EVER

Clean, Good Location, but some drawbacks too

Overall, the property was good. It was a nice location in the Upper Village. A close walk to shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the bars that it wasn't too loud in the evenings. While I am going to list a few gripes below, it doesn't take away from the fact that this is a nice, clean unit and I'd consider staying here again. I just want to share what we experienced. Two things to be aware of before you book this unit: 1. The property is advertised as air conditioned and it does have an air conditioner, but it's in the main living room and cannot be moved since it's attached to a plastic vent mount that's screwed to the window frame. The bedrooms are NOT air conditioned and are warm. We did have the windows open, but the breeze blows parallel to the unit, so you don't get any cool air in through the windows. There is one fan in the master bedroom, but nothing in the 2nd bedroom (which has 4 of the 6 sleeping places). So if you're from a warm environment and are used to sleeping with air conditioning, this unit does not have central air in every room. 2. The queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom is very uncomfortable. The mattress is worn and sags. After our first night on the bed, I ended up sleeping on the sofa one night and the bunk bed the rest of the week. The mattress is long overdue to be replaced. I travel a lot for business and I'm used to different quality mattresses , but this is one of the worst I've slept on.

Fun times!

Fantastic location! Close walk to the village and amenities!!! Clean pool and hot tubs; endless amount of time and fun here. Unit was very clean. Kids were disappointed that tv was not working in second room but staff tried to repair it. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! On site staff are friendly and responsive. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

Great place. Perfect location.

Awesome place. Nice and clean. Has everything you would need for dishes, utensils, etc. Location couldn't have been better. We biked down to the lift and it took less than 5 minutes each morning. Very quiet at night. Friendly staff. Would definitely book here again.
