The Space:
Morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows, revealing snow-dusted trees and the quiet stillness of Whistler Mountain in winter. You start the day with coffee warming in your hands, the forest hushed outside, before stepping out toward crisp alpine air and the promise of time together. As evening settles in, steam rises from the hot tub while the glow from the fire pit and fireplace draws everyone back inside.
The home sits in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood and is set across three levels, connected by a private elevator. Designed for groups, it accommodates up to 14 guests with generous shared spaces balanced by private bedrooms and bathrooms throughout.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms are spread across the home. The primary suite includes a fireplace, walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds along with a TV, game console, and a bathroom with a double vanity. A separate powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.
Living spaces
The main living area is anchored by an indoor fireplace and large windows that frame forest and mountain surroundings. After a day on the slopes, gather here to unwind, or head downstairs to the media and games room, which includes a home cinema surround sound system and an adjoining billiards room with wet bar. Multiple TVs and wifi keep everyone connected, whether you’re streaming a movie or catching up on work from the dedicated workspace.
Kitchen and dining
The open-plan kitchen is designed for group meals, with ample counter space and modern appliances. A separate butler kitchen supports larger gatherings, while the breakfast bar seats six for casual mornings. The dining table comfortably seats fourteen, making it easy to linger over long winter dinners together.
Outdoor living
Outdoor spaces are available. A private outdoor pool and private hot tub sit alongside a patio with fire pit, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ grill. In winter, the focus shifts from swimming to warming up under the stars, with steam rising into the cold air after a ski day.
Practical details
The home includes heating, a ductless split AC system, portable fans, in-suite laundry, a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers, and free parking in the garage. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
A short walk brings you to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting you to Creekside Village for shops, dining, and ski access. Ski-in and ski-out access is available seasonally and depends on snow conditions, with terrain best suited to intermediate skiers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
•Note on Amenities: Please note the pool is not currently heated; however, the hot tub is working perfectly! Our current pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
