The Space:
Soft snow blankets the mountainside as you wake to the quiet hum of the gondola gliding overhead. Step onto the balcony with a steaming mug in hand and watch sunlight break over the peaks before slipping into the hot tub surrounded by whispering pines. After a day carving down the slopes, gather around the wood-burning fireplace and let the warmth settle in while the snow drifts outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed for both comfort and privacy, the townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king split bed, balcony, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second primary bedroom also offers a king split bed, step-out balcony, and ensuite with matching finishes. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each provide a king split bed and access to the hot tub deck. These share a spacious bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. A powder room is conveniently located on the main level.

Natural light floods through oversized windows and vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a Subzero fridge, Wolf microwave, Thermador range, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, while the breakfast bar provides three additional spots for casual dining. Step through to the balcony to enjoy outdoor meals cooked on the BBQ, surrounded by evergreens and views of the gondola.

The private hot tub on the lower patio offers a peaceful place to relax under the stars after a day on the trails. A large mudroom and garage provide practical storage for skis and bikes. The garage fits two small cars or one large car, with additional parking available in the driveway.
Ski access
Winter brings the mountain to your doorstep with access to the Dave Murray ski trail and the 2010 Olympic downhill run leading to the Creekside Gondola. The ski-out entrance lies about 400 meters away, requiring you to briefly remove skis to cross a road before continuing. The ski-home trail returns you within a short walk of the townhouse and is best suited for intermediate skiers, typically available from late December to March, depending on conditions.

A private garage provides parking for one large or two small vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
