”I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk”

There is almost no sound proofing between the rooms beside you or above you. Both nights we were woken up by the people above us. We could even hear them peeing.. The second night we had guests beside us and we could hear them slamming doors as they went between rooms and screaming at their TV. The beds...

”I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.”
