We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner.”

”As others have noted, the space is very clean, well appointed and conveniently located. I'd like to add that the hosts have done a wonderful job of representing the community in the home. Their art collection is lovely and features local artists. The books placed are all interesting and about the area; even the chocolates were purchased from a locally owned store. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

”This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! ”

”The river house has an absolutely amazing view! My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out). Overall, the house was perfect and just big enough for our large family of seven. Matt was very responsive to a few questions I had and was a wonderful host! ”
