”What a great stop before heading to Banff from Vancouver. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. Very accommodating and aware of the needs of the consumer. The town was sweet and our children loved the game and anime shop in town. The wharf was lovely and we saw several different wildlife while there; two juvenile beavers, blue herring and other colorful birds. I would certainly my recommend PHR to all traveling through. ”

”Staff and service was excellent and property was very clean. We ran the AC, but had to stand on a chair to see the settings, as they are on top of the unit and the AC was already up very high. In the morning we noticed the heat was on full blast, but there was no place to shut it off! Lastly, unable to open the bathroom door completely as it hits the sink. I would still stay again for a quick overnight.”

”Best place to spend with friends and family. The manager gave us clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in the cabin. The place was awesome! Everything was working as expected. Cleaned up afterwards. Hope we didn’t miss anything to keep the place clean. Great times!”
