”It’s been forever since I’ve encountered ALL staff members to be friendly and helpful. It’s clean, rooms are spacious. Pillows need more variety in sizes/thickness. Bed mattress runs slightly firm BUT not uncomfortably hard, I like softer beds but slept well. Was disappointing that their coffee/hot chocolate machine was out of order, especially for a weekend because they didn’t have refills for them. Also, we could hear the person above us getting ready at 4am ugh but with the AC, it acts like...
