”Stayed here for two nights. The place is amazing, very beautiful surroundings and at a short distance to the Australia Zoo. The staff was very polite and helpful when planning the stay around the area. The lady in the reception knew very well what places are worth visiting! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well cleaned!”

”When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look.
