”Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”

”Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven.
Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold.
Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather.
This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. ”

”At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. ”
