”Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. It was so hot we could not sleep that night.”

Also there was laundry available and breakfast was nice surprise even though not too many healthy options there. They do store your luggage but there is no locked storage room.
