”This hotel has been refurbished and is looking much better than before. Beds are comfy, suite was spacious, and our dog was welcome. Dee at the front desk was exceptional! Breakfast could use some more protein, but it was decent. Pool was a bit chilly, but clean. Lots of grass to walk my dog in with a quick exit to the back from the elevator. If you need a clean, safe, quiet place to stay with your kids and dog, you'll be pleased!”

”The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement.”

”Original shower diverter was not functional and had to be replaced. Caulking around the tub was failing and coming undone.”

”This is our second stay here. The first wasn’t horrible but it was inexpensive so I couldn’t complain. My second visit was different. I booked a room that stated there was 1 king bed and slept 3. Sounded perfect for 3 of us. That detail is incorrect. The lady at the desk looked at me like I had three heads. I asked for a rollaway. Again, I got the strangest look as she said she’d see if they had one. They did, but everyone involved acted really weird. Well, the mattress was a joke and we might...

”The rooms were big, bright and clean. The location was very handy, could walk to shopping and dining. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty.”

”Incredible property with wonderful amenities. It was just a stopover for us but we liked it so much we will plan a longer stay in the future. The pool with Lake in the background won me over and in cooler weather, the fire pit would be enchanting. I had a great time swimming. We didn’t get to Margaritaville but it looks like a great entertainment spot. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and clean and comfortable. A small outdoor porch faced green space with lake beyond.”

”Rooms were out dated and run down , 20" TV ,mattress was old and worn out and it was a holiday weekend but you could hear people beside you and above all night”

”The property was clean, it was close to everything. The bathroom was a little dirty. The elevator was not working, we were on the second floor, the gentleman behind the counter did carry one of my bags for me. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. I was there for two nights did not use the pool, for the price it was ok.”
