Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to cause you disappointment regarding the unavailability of our hot tub. We do not currently have the hot tub marketed on third party sites as showing available, and unfortunately that is the only option we had to update these third party booking sites. On our direct website, guests booking reservations will see a banner on the screen advising the unavailability of the hot tub, and in email confirmations from the hotel this information is communicated. With third party booking websites, we cannot post messages about these types of situations and only have the option to remove the hot tub as an available amenity. Good news is, the hot tub renovation is slated to be wrapped up early June and so please come back for a future visit and enjoy the newly renovated space on the rooftop.
